We invite experienced mentors and entrepreneurs to join the BuildUp School community and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Armenian talent. As a mentor or entrepreneur in residence, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Provide Real-World Challenges: Offer practical, industry-specific problems for students to solve. These challenges should reflect real issues from your field or business, allowing students to engage in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that simulate real-world product development.
2. Guide Students Through the Product-Building Journey: Mentor students as they navigate the entire product-building process, from concept to execution. Your niche knowledge, expertise, and skills in product development, market strategy, or engineering will help them overcome obstacles and refine their projects to industry standards. We only request one phone call per week.
3. Identify and Hire Top Talent: Identify the students who excel in both creativity and execution and consider hiring them into your company. This is a unique opportunity to recruit top performers with proven skills in tackling real industry challenges.
